Yes it was a very tight timeline but I suspect that there being no ticket exchange/transfer and the Italian rules on passport numbers being on tickets played a very big part too. Imagine if the same restrictions applied to every away match.
Anyway. Will be first time away. Off to Bergamo we go.
I applied for Arsenal vs Bolton tickets, red membership. I did not receive an email and I wasn’t charged for them but also was not refunded the £1 down payment. When I look at my membership I see “Your next game: Arsenal vs Bolton”, however I can’t see any other information about the tickets like section, seats etc.
Am I just missing it? Could me applying by for tickets through Arsenal Canada effect it (same email)? I just want to confirm because I have applied for other tickets as well and if it’s an account/membership issue I want it to be fixed ASAP.

Assuming I take a taxi/uber - does this work if I leave the second the game ends? Or will I need to leave 5-10 minutes early and beat the crowd?

I have two friends who aren't using their season tickets for a match.
I am an Arsenal Red member. Can they transfer both tickets to me and I take a friend along? Or do I need to get my friend to become an Arsenal Red member too so that each ticket can be transferred to one person?

Hi everyone, was successful in the ballot for the first time today for the Bolton game, very excited of course! Noticed that the success rate was 100% for reds, does this mean the game is likely to go on general sale? Are there any steps in ticket allocation between red ballot and general sale that would fill up the seats first? And if it does go on general sale, when is that likely to happen?

With the new ballot system I know we can only apply for normal tickets via ballot. But when it comes to TX do we have access to all tickets on TX or only those of the same “Red” level.
Reason I ask is for some games I wouldnt mind spending a bit more to just secure any ticket. With the old system was able to get Tottenham a few times by going club, but have really had no luck with the ballot system.

My dad has given me his ticket for the game against Bolton, but his ticket for the game is a senior ticket. Am I going to have any issues going into the stadium? What's odd is he's had premier League tickets this year and they were billed as an adult. Alternatively can I call up the club to pay extra to upgrade it to an adult ticket?

Hi all. Stupid question but was successful getting two tickets for the Leicester game at the end of the month for me and my son. My ticket in my Google wallet says area U120, whereas his just says 120. Seat and row numbers suggest seats are next to each other but just wanted clarification!
