high protein and regular weightlifting with progressive overload. and like the other commenter said, you should shoot for maintenance, or maybe a slight surplus. nice job on the weight loss 👏
Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like you're losing your left hand just before the right makes contact. Also it seems like your center of mass is moving away from the boulder which is exacerbating the issue. So maybe the solution could be mobility related in order to stay closer to the boulder and maintain contact with your left hand?
