I'd probably put the vast majority of the roster ahead of him as far as jumping to violence goes- certainly most of the Americans.

There's such a lack of possible opponents at heavyweight (assuming Tom never fights Jon/Stipe due to retirement) Tom's legacy will be affected not because he's not skilled. But because he simply has nobody to fight.

Sure Alex could likely get submitted in 2minutes but he is at least an extremely dangerous striker that poses some sort of threat.

Feels like the only other options will be Blaydes, Volkov, Pav rematches or Gane if they pick up more wins.

If he adds Imavov, Caio or Strickland + Izzy again that would be a pretty bonkers resume

That's without even considering the poteintal Alex fight.
