Don't post videos asking the subreddit to critique your form. Ask your coach, not the mass of randos here who don't train. This includes bag work, static techniques, and untrained people sparring with their buddies in parking lots.
Posting a video of you sparring at your gym or competing are totally fine, we just ask that you provide context around what you're showing. Likewise, demonstrations, or instructional clips are acceptable, but please provide context.
