Did anyone have a particular food they had a really hard time giving up?
Did anyone have a particular food they had a really hard time giving up?

For the life of me I just can’t seem to stop eating bread and butter. It has to be an addiction. I always find myself having a moment of weakness and eating it, maybe once every 3-4 days. I can walk away from all other types of sweet foods easily such as cake, ice cream, candy, potatoes, etc.

Has anyone else had a hard time with one food like this? It’s starting to drive me bonkers tbh.
