I really liked the fatlogic sub like two years ago, even when I did saw a lot of fatphobia, there were a lot of really good criticism on movements like HAES and so, but every time I check on it again is... trash. Most of the people that lurk on that sub are obese, and it's so obvious they hate themselves thanks to that sub which wasn't the point, like I get criticism to the glorification of obesity, that point is valid but at certain moment it turned into: THE FATS HAVE TO DIE, THEY'RE UGLY, FATPHOBIA DOESN'T EXIST, and while I've seen that kind behavior on the fat acceptance movement (like, skinny people must die), and some stupid bs, fatphobia is real and damage lifes, some people just have the wrong focus.

Ugh, I think that environment is very toxic, and every time I point that out I get downvoted to hell. Same to when I tried to get help to lose weight two years ago, they told me I was lying about my weight because I was skinny and that I wasn't counting calories and I was like, "Sir, I have pancreatitis, I do count fats and calories" and they were like LIER. Toxic shit. That sub could have been good if it wasn't full of fatphobic FAT people that think they're ugly and lazy just because they're fat. Fatphobia is such an interesting topic, specially when you think about capitalism and this fuckers turned the criticism into a hate cult, the discusions are even called "Fat Rant", AAAAA.
