I primarily play matches, but actual tennis matches can be boring and a slog. Like after you get to deuce the tenth time in a game, it stop being fun. Tennis matches require some more mental energy that fun tennis classes do not.

This is common for people who have racquets that are extended-length or pretty heavy. Choking up on the handle makes the volley more maneuverable but it's not good if you have to lunge for a volley.

My insurance is usually fast at updating the deductible/OOP accumulator and I can see it on my app to verify. But a lot of times, that information is not conveyed on the provider's networks so they still see I still have all my deductible left to pay even though I had paid them for a previous visit the last week. When that happens, the provider usually refunds me back once the EOB goes through.

I agree it is an exorbitant price. I had a CT when I went to the ER 2 months ago in CA. The list price was $468 for an abdomen and pelvis scan with contrast and the allowed amount by insurance was $117. My insurance is anthem blue cross.
