Just had covid about a month ago, my running has been totally fine for about two weeks. Had a few days of breathing a little harder but I’m back at it, just got a 10k PR yesterday

A lot of people refer to the social phenomenon of pandemic precautions, masking, social distancing, etc as “the pandemic”. People are done thinking about the pandemic and living in this pandemic-oriented way. In that sense “it” is over. Of course there are still people getting sick, but it’s not April 2020 anymore.
