Providing Feedback

If you run into any issues while using GeForce NOW, here are some ways you can share feedback and request assistance:

Bug Reports/Feature Requests:

Sharing bug reports through the forums - If you are reporting a bug through the forums, please provide as much information as you can to help the team identify the issue.

Title of game(s) showing a problem:

Client the game is launched on (eg. Epic/GoG/Steam/UBIConnect/etc.)

Did you install any mods/Steam Workshop add-ons? If so uninstall it and try launching the game again. Platform (Windows/Mac/Android/SHIELD TV/Chromebook)

Are you on a GeForce NOW paid subscription or on a free tier (helps NVIDIA determine if issue is specific to certain systems)

Description of issue (eg. steps to reproduce issue/GeForce NOW SERVER LOCATION connected to from the Settings):

Use the SEND FEEDBACK tool in-app - That exclamation mark in the app is a great way to let NVIDIA know what you think about GeForce NOW, and they want to know about the feature requests, game additions, and issues you have so they can help out.

Importantly, If your privacy settings allow for it, the Feedback tool also shares your session logs with NVIDIA -- this is crucial for our team to troubleshoot issues, as your streaming experience depends on many factors that might not be immediately visible compared to local gaming.

Get help from NVIDIA Customer Care: NVIDIA's Customer Care team provides tons of helpful info on our Knowledgebase, and their NVCC agents can help troubleshoot common issues you may have over an easy live chat system

Check GeForce NOW Server Status: Every supported region for GeForce NOW has its own server, and you can stay up-to-date with the status of that server here
