No word yet on if LAPD was called

Minimum of 300 attempts, the least efficient jump shooters were:
-
Jimmy Butler at 0.77 points per shot
-
Julius Randle at 0.83 points per shot
-
Russell Westbrook at 0.84 points per shot
-
Scottie Barnes at 0.85 points per shot
-
Furkan Korkmaz at 0.85 points per shot
Any surprises? Jimmy makes the ones that matter in the playoffs, but generally his jumpshots pretty broken. Randle and Westbrook's probably not a surprise. ROTY Scottie Barnes had a great season, but was not a great shooter (30.1% from 3 last season). Furkan Korkmaz's probably the most surprising because he's paid and played to be a shooter, but he shot 28.9% from 3 last season, which is the second worst only to Jimmy's 23%.
Furkan scored 3 points in about 2 minutes while Whiteside scored 2 points in 12.
Kork = Popped.
With 34 last night and 31 thus far against the Bulls, Furkan Korkmaz becomes the first 76ers player this season to score 30 or more points in consecutive games.

The Sixers have been decimated by COVID, injuries, and Ben Simmons being a bitch and it's resulted in some very shorthanded games so far this year. In tonight's game against the Kings (in the midst of the Sixers longest road trip of the season), the players who saw minutes were:
Furkan Korkmaz ($4.6m)
Georges Niang ($3.3m)
Matisse Thybulle ($2.8m)
Tyrese Maxey ($2.6m)
Andre Drummond ($2.4m)
Shake Milton ($1.8m)
Isaiah Joe ($1.5m)
Paul Reed ($1.5m)
Charles Bassey ($0.9m)
All of tonight's Sixers combined salaries ($21.582m) would be the 50th highest paid NBA player, between Malcolm Brogdon ($21.7m) and Tim Hardaway Jr ($21.309m).

No one really talks about him as a prospect but he recently turned 24 and he’s a guy that gets better every year. He’s never gotten more than 21 min/ gm so he hasn’t gotten too big of a chance to shine. He also plays better with the bigger chance he’s given. I’d love to see him get starters minutes if he earns it this year and see how far he could really go.

has scored the last 5 points (go ahead and the dagger) for Turkey to win the game against Montenegro in the opening game for FIBA Eurobasket '22. Enjoy!
23mins, 9 PTS, 4/8FG, 1/1 3PT, 3RB, 1AST, 1STL. He was supposed to sit the game with back spasms but had to come back because the game was tight.
