Terminator but the T800 somehow got sent to a fantasy world with magic ? Or something like that?
A T-800 is essentially a golem powered by technology instead of magic. Check out Feet of Clay or Going Postal by Terry Pratchett. Not quite what you're looking for but might scratch the itch (unstoppable tanky robot like thing in a fantasy setting).
