They would not have, no. This map would have produced a 9-19 split under the raw data and would have probably produced a 10-18 split when considering investment and candidate quality

Actually under Congress 2022 data they win 13 and lose 14, though only by 0.3%. I think if 14 was an actual high investment race Castor would have still won because her opponent was really far right
