This got me wondering, LeBron averaged 25.7/7.3/8.3 on 63% TS, shooting 50/40 from the field. He’s also top 10 in almost every advanced metric, including DEFENSIVE advanced statistics.
These stats should be enough for 1st team All NBA, yet he’s predicted to be in the THIRD team?
Tatum is going to be 1st Team All-NBA with much worse stats: 26/8/4 on 60% TS (shooting 47/37)
I understand that we’re the 8th seed, but this was a stacked Western Conference, and seeding didn’t matter for Jokic winning MVP or Luka getting 1st team on low seeds.
Just when everyone is thinking the Kings are cold entering the postseason, the Kings will beat the Golden State Warriors and get their revenge from last seasons loss in game 7. The Kings will then be matched up against the Lakers after the Pelicans get their revenge from the Lakers for today’s game. The Kings will finally get their revenge from 2002 rigged series, this will also start the Lakers downfall as Lebron will now leave the Lakers and go wherever Bronny ends up and Anthony Davis will be traded. The kings now get the 8th seed and face the 1 seed OKC Thunder who are a young inexperienced playoff team. The kings having been the similar inexperienced team last season will battle out and win the series in 6 which now sets up a 5 vs 8 matchup against the Dallas Mavericks, the Kings have continued to constantly get ridiculed for passing on Luka Doncic in the draft ages ago and the Kings finally silence those critics by beating the Mavericks in game 7 in a game Luka misses multiple clutch shots which causes a rift between him and Kyrie Irving. The Kings now are in the Western Conference Finals against the defending NBA Champions Denver Nuggets, this series is tough for the Kings however Sabonis out plays Jokic in a critical game 5 and 6 where the Kings win the series 4-2 going onto the NBA Finals to face another hot team in the East and a familiar face, the Indiana Pacers. The Kings finally silence everyone by humiliating Tyrese Haliburton and the Pacers and clean sweeping them in 4 games.

Welcome to r/memphisgrizzlies, the subreddit for the 2023 Southwest Division Champions!
Title - what's the general consensus?
If I'm being real honest, I want Sarr. I know we want a traditional big, but can you imagine running Sarr and JJJ out there in the frontcourt? That'd be the most mobile frontcourt in the league. We'd have to more than likely trade up, but I don't think that'd be that expensive with this draft.

Just thought some of you might like to see these things actually shown on video. I use clips to show the difference in carrying, no charge circles, offensive charging, traveling, etc. IMO it's very important to understand all of these differences (and how they gradually changed as time went on) when discussing different generations of players.
Victor Wembanyama to the French media on his current level compared to the level he aims to reach: "I would say that I am currently at 15% between my first NBA game and what I hope will be my prime."

I don’t know if anyone has posted this here yet but 7 voters have revealed their ballots and ant, gobert and Naz Reid are all doing extremely well in voting right now! Out of 6 voters, 5 have ant on all-nba second team. For dpoy 7 of 9 voters gave it to gobert, and all 7 voters picked Naz to win 6moty.

He averaged 26, his previous career best was 20ppg the year before.

Mavericks

They went 50-32 and secured the 5th seed in an ultra competitive western conference.

Timberwolves/Ant/KAT/Rudy

Timberwolves led the western conference for much of the season and were looking like the #1 seed until KAT tore his meniscus. They had arguably the best frontcourt in the NBA and were the #1 defense. They ended up #3 with a 56-26 record, 1 game behind the 1st seed.

Couldn't quite do it, he went 0-3 this season.
