I’m at the point where I’m embarrassed to say the total now. I really do feel bad. It’s not worth the price by any means imo. Everything here you can make at home for a fraction of the cost if you invest in it.

I swear everytime I repeat an order back to a customer they get the nastiest attitude like damn I’m just trynna make sure I get you what you ordered but nvmmm.
I had an older lady come in and she ordered a strawberry lemonade, I asked her if she meant the strawberry açaí lemonade, she then glared at me and stated that she had had the drink last summer and didn’t want any of the bs açaí add in, so I then asked her if she wanted it without the inclusion and she just glared at me as a rang her up 😂
This lady came through the drive asking for a paradise drink but as a Frappuccino. I told her we can blend it and she said no she wants the crème base in it. I couldn’t figure out how so I rung up a syrup crème Frappuccino and she was overall really rude with me because I’m trying to accommodate her order. She asked for a manager and corporate number/my name to complain because she didn’t like my attitude. How do I even ring that up?
