BAT has an enormous potential since just web ads are multiple hundred billion dollar business on a yearly basis.

BAT is a ERC-20 token which is an underlying currency of a web browser called Brave.

Brave browser comes with ads blocking, optional ads to earn rewards in BAT tokens, protects your privacy, has faster engine and is chromium based browser (same engine as Chrome).

It even supports onion routing via tor to provide you with a decent level privacy on the desktop.

There is also available browser for mobile.

And it has a sexy icon.

Brave is just the best thing that could have happened to the average internet user. The way it protects our privacy from those horrible trackers that follow us through the web is formidable. And the embedded ad blocking saves users data and patience from ads, not to mention it protects us from clicking on malware or virus disguised as ads. It's also set up to be the first contact that the mainstream will have with cryptocurrencies. And honestly it's one you can recommend everyone and give it as an example of positive things that came out of crypto. $BAT is here to stay and thrive and I'm really excited for the next months.

I am all over Brave as well. I prefer the UI to chrome or any other browser and you can earn money from watching ads that you would watch anyways.

I use it just to get rid of the ads on both platforms as well.

Genuinely a good browser with lots of inbuilt privacy features, the BAT rewards have gone down a little but its essentially free crypto for using the browser so win win!

The only downside to using the Brave browser is they add an extra tax for all transactions running through your Metamask wallet!!!

About to delete brave, have a legacy wallet with no access to it and after the last update whenever I get an ad it mini freezes

Used to average between 3-4 BAT/month in Canada. The last two month have dropped to about 1.5-1.8.

A problem is the line between Brave pumping and BAT pumping. One does not mean the other. Brave could explode and BAT could remain stable.

Tokenomics dictate as brave user numbers grow so will interest from advertiser's who are forced to buy bat. thus increasing buy pressure and higher price. They are absolutely tied

It feels good to get BATs for just browsing with Brave
