Billing Madness Billing Madness
New Post - Billing

Why does Xfinity have to mess up something so simple? I had a conversation for my current service to end on 4/16 and even had confirmation of this in an email. However yesterday at 16:30 my service gets disconnected. Now interestingly enough, my past bill was paid through 4/15 but I see a new final bill for $71 charging me for a future month of service even though I cancelled. What’s really rich is this is scheduled for autopay and I see they are intending to refund me after that but withholding a $10 early termination fee that wouldn’t have been valid had they canceled me on the date instructed. How is this legal?
