My understanding is that he’s chaos to jyg’s order. At an equivalent level in order to contain jyg, who was actively feared by the other daedra… who are they themselves insanely powerful beings. Not to say Sheo stomps them or anything. More like he’s a roided out Daedra with NO predictability except unpredictability. Which means if you 1v1 him you’re probably in for a bad time.
