I mean, Trump has been saying so for years, and the people who put together the Project 2025 have said there will be violence if "the left" doesn't just lie down and take it.

This is how this stuff works tho. Trump spends years inciting violence (not just talking about it, but actually leading people to incite it), then it gets returned on him.

Now he's the victim.

So any further violence on his behalf is justified.

Interestingly, logging my movies with letterboxd has really helped me with this.

Turns out there are a lot of movies I'd give a 3.5 or even 3 to that I liked and would recommend watching because they're fun.

It's also been nice for seeing honest ratings from folks I respect, especially when they are much lower than the general consensus. Entertainment is incredibly subjective, and even changes on rewatch, so I don't really "care" what others think about it with respect to my own experience. I can appreciate their perspective as its own thing.

Yup, it's wonderful.

I recommend giving Natural Calm a go. It's magnesium carbonate, which absorbs a bit differently (quicker I think?) in terms of bioavailability, so you may be able to tweak your supplement stack to get the most effective approach. You have to start with a smaller amount, because if you take too much at once without building up to it, it def acts a diuretic.

Melatonin shouldn't be slept on either. It's an antioxidant (so that's good in general) and I've never had any issues with building up reliance on it. If I'm ever feeling too anxious or wired, magnesium + melatonin usually does the trick. I can be asleep within 15-20min of hitting the pillow, which wasn't always the case.

The only other thing I recommend is checking out holy basil/tulsi tea. It helps blunt cortisol production. One of the most consistent and effective things for stopping evening stress. A cup of it sometimes feels like a deep breath and an effective sigh. Good stuff.

Through the years, I've found that daily fish oil (~1-2g, Nordic naturals is a decent brand) and magnesium (I use tbsp of natural calm before bed) are necessities for me for recovery.

I think the fact that he was forced to murder some civilians with a baseball bat probably broke him a bit.

Like, he's trying to hold it together under the mask but realize he is way deeper than he wishes he was. He also can't quit, because he'd definitely be taken care of as to not leak anything, so he's probably having a bit of a mental breakdown.
