It’s hardly entitlement. The battle pass has been that way since day one. It’s an “investment” for those that complete it bc it gives returns (i.e. future battle passes). Now, YEARS later, they decide to walk back that feature for seemingly no reason other than to squeeze the remaining player base.

There is hardly an incentive to play anymore. If you don’t feel like spending money every split, you have little to grind for. Especially if you already have every character and are high level. Not to mention that there are a TON of live service games competing for Apex’s spot. Why waste your time with Apex when your time and money are more respected with their competitors?

Is this the death of the game? Idk and I hardly care. I have been playing since the first season and will not be returning for S22. Same with a handful of my friends. No idea if that will translate to the downfall of the game and I’m not going to cry about it online, but the criticism is more than deserving.

The biggest weakness of the deck is that the rookies (except the EX5 ones) suck. Ukko is really just here as a filler card that can help you catch up if you don’t open a better rookie. It can combo really well with Mimi in specific game states too.

Personally, I tried the chaosmon version and didn’t like it. That was before EX6 though. Your LV6s are just too valuable and never really feel worth using as DNA fodder. Plus, one of the strengths of this deck is how cheap the evolutions are, so playing too many non-elec/liollmon rookies kind of slows you down. However, I’m all for experimenting, so if you find that a more DNA focused build works, lmk!

Lastly, the X-Antibody is just here to slip under one of your Fortitude Digimon that’s already come back. Since they need sources to trigger the effect again. Also, X-Anti can’t be stripped, so it’s also kind of nice into blue decks.

Nice! Curious on your ratios for MadLeo? The profiles that I’ve seen online usually only play him at 1 or 2. Personally, I think that’s crazy! He’s absolutely the win condition of my version.
