For those looking for an update if I was ever able to fix it: Nope! Tried everything, completely uninstalled and reinstalled it, rebooted everything, nothing worked. I made multiple GitHub posts but got no response and they were all closed today. I ended up having to revert my cameras to HomeBridge. Luckily HB had gotten a lot more stable since the last time I used it but the lag is still significant versus scrypted. My hunch is an OS update killed it and the devs have stopped developing it because they used to respond pretty rapidly on GH. Very sad!
What cameras? I have tc70’s and recently had the same problem, tried everything. Found out the solution after a while: Reboot the cameras.
Rebotting your cameras allowed scripted to boot?
Nope. Some shelves are marginally taller than others tho…

Bad assumption I didn’t read it! In fact we must be reading different manuals because here is what my manual says about the iPad:
Apple MFi is used for the communication with iOS devices (iPhone and iPad)
PT allows a data transfer to computers using MacOS or Windows with PTP-capable programs, as well as tethering to Capture One
This is on page 83. Where do you read that iPad should be on PTP?
Have you tried it? I have the same question, but with DS Photos.
