I keep getting weaker.
I keep getting weaker.

I've been working out for a month doing full body having a rest day inbetween each workout. My reps either go down or stay the same. Like 2 months ago (i was training consistently but stopped up until know) I could do 15 knee pushups and now I can only do 6. Last workout I could do 9. Am I not resting enough? Maybe not eating enough? I eat a lot but even if i wasnt wouldnt I get something as small as 1 rep increase? I'm still new to all this and I'm using hybridcalisthenics' routine but modified. 3 sets of pushups 3 sets of pullups 3 sets of squats 3 sets of abs. Its simple on purpose because having all these exercises and stuff is very overwhelming for me. Someone please help me out i just want to be stronger
