Gil Scott-Heron - Surprised not to be listening to Pieces of a Man

I got Winter In America as today's album, while I was glad to see Gil Scott-Heron appear on the list, I was surprised not to have been given his debut album Pieces of a Man which feature his best known and arguably most groundbreaking works.

I went into Winter In America willing to hear something more deserving of placement on the list but I'm really not hearing it at all. Am I missing something?
