What is going on with J.K. Rowling and WizardingNews? What is going on with J.K. Rowling and WizardingNews?
Answered

I understand the context between Rowling's stance on transgenderism and Wizarding News' passionate stance and subsequent behavior against her and her suspected supporters as a result. However, this is the first time I heard that Wizarding News allegedly attempted to 'dox' Rowling's daughter in regards to a possible granddaughter. I say 'attempt' because Rowling says the people are unrelated to her.

This happened back in mid-March (I know, April just started) but I thought this would've at least trended on Twitter back then. And of course, Twitter being itself, all tweets I've seen regarding the topic have been unabashedly biased. Can anyone else give a clearer picture on this, please?

What is the deal with the "Mismatched 3-point lines" at the NCAA game? What is the deal with the "Mismatched 3-point lines" at the NCAA game?

Here is one of many nearly-identical stories on the matter. A "defect" in the markings on the court.

What's NOT clear, is what the defect ACTUALLY IS.

Side mystery: HOW could this HAPPEN in the first place?

I also think it's interesting that the teams decided to play anyway. I suppose that if teams change ends after each quarter or half, each can play half the game on the "correct" court and half on the "wrong" one. Do I understand that correctly?

Anyone who can address this for me at an ELI5 level gets bonus points, too!
