Not me, but my friend. 6 months ago, he was flying across the country and was debating in sneaking some weed into his suitcase for the vacation. He spent a few days debating it, but decided not too because he was paranoid that, on the off chance, a TSA dog would sniff out his suitcase in the terminal.

When he arrived at his hotel in the destination city, he was disappointed because he hadn't seen any dogs and figured he could've gotten away with it...but when he opened up his bag, all his clothes were messed up, and there was a note from the TSA saying they randomly checked his luggage, and thanking him for complying with federal regulations.

I've never heard someone cry with relief the way he did.

Ok, so as a nightly routined stoner, I'll put out my POV. To me, I never question the drug but the relationship to that drug. Not so much what they use entirely (though there are some drugs that are just....not ok) I believe if they have a healthy relationship that is dependent on these substances. A-OK. And that can be any type of relationship to catharsis.....shopping, sex, cooking, drinking, smoking, exercise. The reason I smoke every night before bed is to help slow down my mind, relax it, and turn down the anxious voices in my head.

I'm never jonesing when I take a break. I never spend too much on it, but I love it. Hasn't conflicted with my lifestyle in any way.

I'm in the same boat. However, I definitely feel a gravitation towards it every night. I've been trying to figure out if it's just because I really enjoy being in a routine and that this is part of it, or if I've grown dependent on it.

Have you/any yall felt this conflict?

What does this mean

Her tweet is in reference to another that mentioned how Trump played one of her songs at a rally this weekend.

Edit: here's the original tweet Rihanna replied to

Hey Senator!

At the risk of this sounding like "planning for failure", what does post-primary America look like if the Republicans keep in power? Is it more of the same, or do you see it ramping up as we'll be on the other half of 2020?

In contrast, what can/will we do in a post-primary America if the Democrats come out successful in this election? What does the power shift look like, and what kinds of legislation are being prioritized to be pushed in the next 2 years?

Thank you!

Not cool to take random incidents and infer that's reason to hate all the police. You really want to abolish the police and see where that takes you?

Look into civil forfeiture cases and then try to defend them. Not a cop-hater by any means, but it's a ridiculous law tbh and it's funny to see someone doing it to them

What? Edit: I've heard that's it is from Finding Nemo. Fine movie but not one I'm super familiar with. Thank you for letting me know. You can stop letting me know now.

I think it's a reference to the Finding Nemo scene where Marlin gets swallowed by the angler fish

Sounds like a good time to trial and error some supplements and see what ones work for you! I'd look into some BCAA pre-workout and plant-based protein powders.

Additionally, you should pick up any equipment that you need that your gym doesn't provide. For example, my gym doesn't provide a chain belt to add additional weight for pull-ups and dips...so it's either: do bodyweight pull-ups for forever, or pay $20 and bring my own.

Hope that helps!

Damn, I did not know that! Is that why Steve O did that trick where he funneled beer into his asshole?

I see you're also a man of culture

This should be the r/BikiniBottomTwitter version of the Spider-Man pointing meme

You could look into getting a set of dumbells for home use - I picked up a set of metal dumbbells for around £20 I think back at uni and used them on days I couldn't get to the gym. Obviously the weight will be low, but if you do lots of to failure sets it'll still be more impactful than just doing core exercises all the time

This. Take 20 or 30 minutes to just do some dumbbell routines, push-ups, and/or go on a jog.

Real results will come with putting in the time. If it takes 2 hours to get there, workout, and get back, that's pretty normal. When I interned a few summers ago, I had nothing to do from 6 until bed anyway, so it seems like the perfect time to really dedicate some time to getting in shape!

Do we have to see this every week?

Great field to get into right now! I'm a cloud infrastructure and Security engineer and we're having a really hard time finding candidates for a large number of roles

What kind of experience do you look for in applicants? I've been a Java-based Automation SDET for a year and am interested in your field!

AWS, complex troubleshooting skills, systems integration, Software engineering.

For the project I'm on now, we desperately need people with experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, Ansible, Elasticsearch

Cool, I have experience with all of the first part, but nothing with what you guys are looking for at the moment. Best of luck finding folks!

Im halfway trough first year of highschool, and it kinda sucks, not hard, just really depressing.

Lots of ups and downs in high school, but there will be way more ups than downs if you can find a few supportive friends...and avoid crazies like this hahaha

I genuinely don't understand how it can be considered the "fast" lane.

"Fast" is arbitrary, but passing is not. Saying it's a fast lane is how you get people doing 70 in a 65 and getting mad when someone tries to pass them because "I'm going faster than the limit!!"

If you’re in the fast lane going fast and someone is going faster, you change lanes.

...so they can pass you. So it's the passing lane lol.

That's why I'm saying it's easy for people to just decide they're going fast enough to qualify them to stay in the fast lane, as opposed to agreeing it's meant to go fast enough to pass others.

Not anymore. Adding a sentence to a Max Martin composition means you're able to be listed as the songwriter...but can you really say you did anything?

TS, unfortunately, has not been the main songwriter on her stuff since the RED album. I liked her stuff more when she was.

This is definitely not true. She collabs with writers for sure, but if you listen to the extras on 1989 for example, you hear a few demos of big hits like Blank Space. Those demos were just recorded on her phone and are the primary tunes and, where applicable, lyrics for those hits. Check it out if you haven't!!

That's what a lot of big comics do when putting a set together.

Yeah, but he's not selling tickets or touring yet.

Nah, the tweet means that the person wearing the MAGA hat is wearing it because they're looking for a verbal/physical altercation. No one's inciting violence, but I see how you could read it that way.
