When the depression makes it so you have trouble getting out of bed and you feel sick every day because you drink every night because you're depressed and just looking for an escape and you know it won't fix anything but you just don't want to think about it and you don't brush your teeth because you're drunk every night and hungover every morning and you know that if you brush your teeth you'll throw up and you know your teeth are rotting and you're not taking care of yourself but a friend tries to make you feel better and gives you some sourpatch kids but chewing the sourpatch kid causes an old filling to come loose in your mouth and you spit it out and look at it and you think to yourself... god damn... I really am just a fucking failure.
