I'm in a higher end restaurant, tabs can easily reach $200 for a couple. In my experience, the real fat tips are from men 99% of the time but we are normally tipped 20-25% by most guests. I'd say I'm pretty good looking and the other main bartender is gay, so it's something for most women and we work together most of the time.

Born and raised in South West Florida. It dipped into the 30s over here.

Not cold. I choose to enjoy it while I can because the brutal, humid summer is coming. It's nice to not be sweating bullets by the time I get to my car.

I was thinking the same thing, some people just lie to themself.

I've bulked and cut and number of times. A few of the them have been dirty bulks and cuts and I still was able to gain or lose weight. It ultimately comes down to self control and exercise. When I was bulking, I was eating 4000 calories a day and working out 90 minutes a day, when I was cutting I was eating 2000 calories a day and working out 90 minutes a day. It's a mental battle, not a physical one, your mind wants you to quit and have to stop listening to it if you want to make changes.

It's not the quantity of food. . You can eat 6000 calories of whale blubber every day and you don't get morbidly obese. The obesity we have today requires refined carbohydrates and zillions of chemicals screwing up the endocrine system and metabolism.

This is so far off base, It's actually funny.

The foundation of weight loss or weight gain is calories in versus calories out. If you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight no matter what they are.

I'm from Sarasota and grew up on Siesta Key in the 90's. I've been to the beach thousands of times in my life already. Now I live live a few miles from Siesta Key but it's just too busy for me now most days. When I do go it's to one of the quieter spots and no I won't tell you where those are lol.
