No it's not the same. Republicans actively block people from voting. They win by turning out their base and making it as difficult to vote as possible. That's why they are against mail in ballots and giving people water in line. That's why they shutdown voting centers and purge voter data. That's why they want to arrest people when their signature on the ballot doesn't perfectly match their license. That's why when ex convicts in florida legally earned the right to vote again after the people voted on it, republicans slow walked it and made it so that if they owe a fine anywhere their vote is illegal and arrested people for voting on this basis. If they can get anybody who is not in their base to do anything except vote for a democrat, they win.

Vote for a third party or stay home. It's the same thing as voting republican. That's what they want from you.

Maybe you should learn how politics works. It is a lot harder to build than to destroy. Republicans blocked obama from installing a Supreme court justice in his final year because mitch McConnell controlled the senate. Then in the last months of trumps presidency he crammed through another justice.. so trump installed 3 conservatives justice who destroyed roe v wade, and the chevron deference, and made bribery legal, and gave the president immunity to commit crimes. They also cut taxes for the rich. If you continue to elect republicans you can expect more of this. If you elect democrats we can stop this.
