Yes, fair but if you are away yesterday, send the pictures when you get back. Don't wait for the person to ask again. It's just poor overall customer service.

Making individual listings is more work, and that's how you make the most money. Selling in a lot is a shortcut, and a good seller knows that you take a price hit for the convenience of moving multiple items at once.

The seller is trying to have their cake and eat it too, but that's now how it works. Now they're the one out a sale and still have to put in the extra effort.
