OP, look at other services. The Corp will eat you alive. Go Air Force or Navy and learn a skill.

Don’t set yourself on fire to keep someone else warm. Also, as much as you try to lift her up, she is going to pull you down.

My ex-husband gave me a warning grab and shake before he left the house after an argument. We were fighting because he wanted to take the dogs he bought out into the woods and dump them. I told him that was shitty and dogs couldn’t survive on their own in the wild and if he did it he was a shitty person. He slammed out the door and I called my mom.
She said if I could get to the airport she would get me home. She bought me a plane ticket, I packed packed a suitcase for myself and our 3 month old, borrowed a nickel from a neighbor so I had enough money for a bus, and caught the bus to the airport.
Looking back, and knowing what I know now I can see he isolated me from my family (we moved from TX to CO for his job). Kept me financially dependent, I was not allowed to work, even though I had a job lined up that allowed me to bring our infant to work. Though he was verbally abusive, that was the first (and last) time he ever put his hands on me.
Never let someone inflict financial, physical and/or mental damage upon you. Especially if this person is supposed to be your partner in life and love you.
EDIT: Question: Is he a cop or military? Cause he kinda sounds like he might be.

Long ago (probably 40 years) I had an Electrolux that I inherited from my grandmother (it still ran, she just wanted a new vacuum). I used to joke the damn thing could suck a house off its foundation. Dyson started marketing in the USA and I WANTED one. I was tired of dragging that wheel-less Electrolux behind me. Gave the Electrolux away and bought a Dyson.
Since buying the Dyson I have had to buy a new vacuum every 3-5 years. Dyson, Shark, Hamilton Beach, they all either didn’t have the power I needed or they simply went kaput.
We went with a iRobot Roomba (the one that can avoid animal poop), but it would take between 4 and 6 hours to vacuum an 1800 sq. ft. house. My mother has been singing the praises of her Miele for the past 20 years, so I finally bit the bullet and bought the C1. I love that stupid thing.

What happens if you stay and add a kid to this mix? Is it going to be ok when she starts smacking the kids around? If she is ok with abusing YOU, who she purportedly loves, what would she do to a child, or a pet?
This isn’t love. It’s a hostage situation. Save yourself time, physical and emotional health and GTFO.

Pick it up and put it in a box and take it to HR. Tell them that your coworker is leaving their personal items at your desk and perhaps they are having a mental health issue. That you have spoken to them about it and returned their items a number of times, but they are obviously having cognitive difficulties and you’re becoming very concerned.
I once had a friend in COLLEGE who was stunned to learn that women are not like chickens and there isn’t just one hole for everything.

Don’t offer, just do it. Also, get some micellar wipes (Burt’s Bees makes some nice ones) and keep them at his house.
Maybe you need to either simplify your makeup routine to take less time or get up earlier so you’re done by the time he gets up.

Any job worth doing is worth doing well.
Marriage is a JOB! It takes a lot of time and a lot of work. I have been married to my husband for 36 years. Have I been madly in love with him for 36 years? Nope. Have I loved him for 36 years? Absolutely. Do I depend on him for my happiness? Nope. Being happy is a choice I make. It’s not his job to make me happy.
Our secret to a happy marriage is being kind to each other. We have separate interests and hobbies but also share things we like to do together. We disagree about a number of things (mostly political), but we never hesitate to discuss things together, even if we disagree.

IMHO, yes you are TAH.
In all likelihood no one was watching your husband eat. What they were watching was the show you were putting on berating him as he tried to eat.
