Nobody asked for that. We wanted a basic, pureblooded adventure and didn't like the one we got. Shaaloani was my favourite part of the expansion.

I disliked Zenos in stormblood are actually liked how he turned out in endwalker. They figured out his angle better (both the writers and Zenos himself) and had him change from

"lets fight because I like fighting and you like fighting",

which is just incorrect for 95% of WoLs and impossible to relate to, to

"lets fight because I'm the only person who can actually challenge you anymore. The scions think you're only a goody-two-shoes hero but I know you, as an adventurer by trade, enjoy delving into the thrilling unknown- into battle".

That was a much more nuanced and compelling narrative, imo. It gave you the choice of relating to Zenos as an adventurer rather than a warmongering meathead, and let him understand a very personal part of the WoL (unless you dialogue reply that you are just a goody-two-shoes, which is fair) that literally nobody else besides Hydaelyn does.

Worth it for battlesex with Zenos though.

My main problem with instacart shoppers was I worked at a store where, by instacart's agreement with our company, they were not allowed to use the self checkouts. This was due to many reasons such as item limits, needing to make sure they weren't scanning their own personal loyalty card, making sure they scanned all produce, etc. But they constantly tried to anyways and got mad when you cancelled their order and sent them to the cashiers and tried to start shit constantly. As a supervisor I got pulled in to deal with them all the time. They'd get so righteous and demand a manager who would inevitably tell them to screw off to a checkout line just like I was.

Some of them were absolutely great! In all the time and great to have conversations with. But some of them seemed to forget they were in the store as contracted professionals, not customers. They don't get the "Customer-is-holy" treatment because the actual customer is waiting at home wondering where TF their groceries are while their shopper argues.

Sometimes customers think I'm bad at reading sarcasm or taking a joke. It's not that, I have 0 issues reading people. Pleasant customers I love to chat and laugh with. But it's that it's not unusual for people to be an ass or have crazy expectations right out of the gate so I immediately am on the defensive when you say anything inflammatory that might or might not be a joke.

Garlemald can figure out how to not declare war on everybody without the twins telling them about their Disney visit to the other side of the world. Not to mention Eorzea itself is already a stellar example of feuding societies learning to live together as one, beast tribes included.
