im actually running a galeforce build atm! that + distant storm + atk/def solo and the refine. he seems to proc it consistently but it all depends on different map and team factors. the tried and true dc + moonbow / glimmer ALWAYS works good tho and moonbow / glimmer 100% activates every combat essentially because of the tempo so you can't go wrong there

whoops edit: i always use moonbow. the defense reduction can be really good in a lot of cases in combination with the +7 true damage you get from being transformed. find what works best for you though :-)
