Yes I do. Both figuratively and practically. For example I can voice my opinions. Secondly by influencing my MPs to tighten public spending that will directly influence Scotland’s funding from central government.

So you think the U.K. should sign deals with countries with lower standards in order to influence them to increase them?
It is something to do with me. I contribute to Scotlands funding so I get a say. Besides, I didn’t know I was in r/Scotland. Reddit suggests stuff to me from subs I’ve never been in.
So can Scotland raise their own taxes? Can Scotland bring in tuition fees and use the money to fund the nhs? Yes they can. They choose not to. It is their problem.
Scotland has the ability to raise it’s own funds through taxation. Scotland has also chosen to spend money on things that the English do not get such as student tuition fees. This is an entirely Scottish problem.
