I just finished "Sicario" for the first time and I loved how evil the movie gets without feeling mean spirited. The protagonist, Emily Blunt, eats shit the whole time, Josh Brolin is the asshole that's right with his calls all the time and Benicio Del Toro plays a siderole until he develops to an absolute monster in the third act. I love how this movie wins by playing out evil against more evil, I love how there is no "justice always wins" message, I love how it just does not hold back in portraying the wrong as the only right thing to do. It's chef's kiss.
