Trump Tower is a good though. The one in GGN launched for 4 Cr and i thought they were underpriced. Guess i was right because they now sell for 12+ Cr and are a sight to behold if you every visit Golf Course extension side. I will book one if they launch another one in 4-6 Cr range for sure.

There were people in India too standing in line which makes 0 sense because you can get it home delivered in under 15 mins through quick commerce apps like Blinkit. I guess people do it for the social media. Half of these will be either self proclaimed influencers or "fanboys".
