Games you played way too late and became your favorites

Trials... I finally got around to starting up FC couple months ago, finished it like start of last month then SC and 3rd and while 3rd was different... I got real invested, Steam Deck really helped me just chill out before some sleep and enjoy these.

Was going to take a break after 3rd since new arc, blah blah, but here I am 8 hours into Zero so far, not enjoying it as much but hell FC took a good few chapters to grow on me so I imagine Zero will as well, I am missing the fact its less voice acated than Sky was with its patches but as long as the main story stuff continues to be like it seems to be so far I'll take it.

I'm also more curious about other Falcom games like always hear good things about Ys 8 so I have that ready when I can pry myself from Trails and also curious about Tokyo Xanadu but still seems to be holding its price on PC atm no matter where I check, that's a wait for a sale.

Outside of Trails I'd probably have to go Persona 3, only got around to play it because of the Remake despite trying it on PS2 and PSP in the past it never stuck, boy was that a game, looking forward to the DLC in a few days!

Basically this year Persona 3 and Trails have easily sky rocketed to the top of my favourite JRPGs and they are older titles.

128GB or 512GB?

yup, maybe even Hitman VR, we'll see on that one, now if I just finished my games since most of those are SP I wouldn't have to worry but when it comes to VR lots of game hopping, nice to have more installed.

128GB or 512GB?

I guess if you get around to playing games 128GBs is fine, but sometimes I feel the struggle even using it primarily as a PCVR headset I've hit the point where I'm always having to take some big game off to get something else on, like I can't get Asgards Wraith 2, Assassin's Creed and Zero Caliber 2 all on there or if I do the moment one of them wants to update, your fucked since it wants the full download space again ><

So just Quest exclusives alone can start to add up to the point I should have gone with more space.

What's the best mod that you've ever played?

DarkSynopsis

For CS? I remember ESF for HL? In my head that is still the best DBZ game, not that I've spent much time with any others but they don't look the part :P closest one I think about trying is Kakarot

Castle Crashers DLC Announcement: Painter Boss Paradise

DarkSynopsis

They are putting out MORE content!? maybe I'll finally replay this game when this hit, loved it back on 360, pretty sure I brought a Remaster of sorts again on Xbox One but never got around to replaying it and then again recently on the Steam Sales while it was dirt cheap.

Huh, did not know that, always seen the title as like a hidden gem back on 3DS but never played it and never touched a Ys game even though I've been meaning to, maybe I'll start here if it's similar.

Same, played through and loved it on 360, never really touched it again after despite buying it on Xbox One and getting it free on PC with Epic, hopped on MP once and was overwhelmed with most of the stuff I couldn't access since needed money and quit again.

I always think about replaying the story since they added first person mode and I thought that could be fun but I probably never will since I haven't yet and VI is on the horizon.

What's the redeem situation like? Each one it's own code? I have a friend who has World but could use Iceborne and another who would be fine with just World since already played it on PS and would just grab PC for the lols and probably wouldn't make it to Iceborne again.

What MMO game could be successful if the developers released the source code to open source

DarkSynopsis
replied to Vorceph

Haven't played in awhile but last I did there wasn't anything P2W, believe most of the servers worry about NCSoft taking them down if they were to make any money on the title.

Basically all the content that was there at the end of the games life is free.
