Honestly, apple products suck. I personally prefer Android and like Samsung phones. I tried them but it's for the simple minded peeps who don't understand tech. IMO

Jesus that's such a weird take. Almost all professional developers I know use Apple hardware because of its extreme ease of use and unix-like environment. I myself use it for game, app, web, and crypto development. It works great! Getting the same stuff setup on Windows is a pain, as any developer will tell you. That doesn't mean Windows sucks or whatever, but see where opinion comes in over facts?
The only big downside is its price. But to be fair, look at any high tier hardware'd laptop from companies like HP and they're priced very similarly (with RAM that has surge and flare protection and such).
Also, iPhones have all sorts of crypto wallets. I'm not sure if they have a BTC wallet, but their stance regarding crypto seems pretty open.

I think theres a real risk of a lot of people getting ‘rekt’ this time. Nobody (or at least very few) are buying the avatars for what they are, but as a speculative short-term investment so they can turn a profit. That’s dangerous, because there will be an imbalance between buyers and sellers. Might even be a very short hype bubble and then epic crash. It will certainly be an interesting one to follow this time.

It will yet again be a horrible fight for the most popular ones.
But we must be mindful that every new generation increases the overall supply of avatars. I suspect that we are beginning to reach a stage where not all avatars will be able to be sold on the secondary market above their original store price.
I’d suggest to select carefully, and not settle for anything you aren’t completely happy with just because of FOMO.
This isn’t like shooting fish in a barrel like buying Gen 1, where everything turned a profit.
