None. Part of hiring is getting skill fit AND "culture" fit. He was correct about knowing who to hire based on what's already available online. I mean, that's like knowing who sounds smart based on what they tweet, or who is a good tattoo artist based on what you can literally see on their clients.
Fitting into a job is having a good attitude and soft skills. This guy obviously is not the right fit if he goes off on his little rant without warning.
