I had the same problem; first two weeks certified and paid, nothing for the following weeks. I contacted EDD through their UI Online messaging - three times. I never received a response back, but I was able to certify those missing weeks just yesterday morning. All turned to 'paid' status within a couple of hours.
Contact them by phone if possible. I had no service so I had to utilize my local reps via email and use AskEDD. But, my issue has been resolved.
You will get to certify those weeks. Keep bugging them. Patience and persistence.
