The man will sell whenever he wants but felt bit sus to me stating it on the post given t35 would be the next day and considering today he said he'd sell past $70 but not necessarily tomorrow (changing his inital statement basically).
Regarding the offerings, you would probably have said the same after the 1st ATM during the 1st sneeze but no more were completed. Now 3 years later it happened twice. Could it happen again after having banked 4B? Who knows. Kind of agree it could but IMO it'd be after 3-4 days of big volume.
