I'm sure it is. But they really haven't shifted, I just literally never even considered mobile games or apple/mac stuff like the microtransaction wasteland they are, even if there may be a few rare gems, So let me be clear. I'm talking about console and PC games, not mobile, not handheld, not mac. Its a totally different ecosystem over there so I'm actually not really surprised at subscription only games for that lot.

On this side though, where the actual games are it would be a ridiculous concept and it wouldn't go down well.

If you can look at the jump between fallout 3 and fallout 4 and still think its just the same engine with a bit of fluff tacked onto it and no substantial changes I don't know what to tell you, you'll never understand it.

Yea I did, its a bloody mobile game, what do you want? I don't put them near proper actual console and PC games. The state mobile games are in they barely deserve to even be called games, may as well be in a category all their own.

Yea pretty much what I expected tbh, still crazy to think about it'll be about 17 years since the last elder scrolls had come out by the time it does.

You just can't equate TV to games, they are totally different mediums and what works for one won't for the other.

Weird I felt the same for oddessy and stopped after the first war map thing, just didn't hold me, But I ate up valhalla since they brought back that you could assassinate anyone if you were stealthy instead of bullshit gear score stuff.
