Teniendo todo en blanco igual es una paja. En la familia, hace poco hubo cambio de coches (normalitos y usados, no alta gama y 0km), y no sé cuántos papelitos de AFIP pedían para ver que eran acorde a los ingresos (cuando ya tienen hasta nuestro ADN, y todos con laburo en blanco). Obviamente los hizo el contador para no cagarla

Si yo tuviera el capital de nuestro amigo del comentario de arriba, por un coche le pago a un gestor/contador/lo-que-sea y me despreocupo. Total, lo que sería paz tampoco tenés con todo en blanco

I don’t know about South African law, but in my country (Argentina), as long as you got a bit of pocket change and a proven steady-ish way of making more money, you’re golden

Last time I checked the requirements for a friend who was considering spending a season here, they were plain ridiculous (I mean, literally just rent an apartment, get a utility —a cellphone line counted— in your name, earn [insert ridiculously low amount] per month), and not much more)… and “overstaying your visa” isn’t really an issue here

You can usually get your residency permit sorted waaaaaaaaaaaay before the 90 days, or you just say sorry for “overstaying” when getting the paperwork done. Or, if you’re filling fancy, just cross the border across the river, and come back for another 90 days

Again, if the law is similar over there, a freelance remote job + her savings (because in countries like ours a few thousand USD stretch for longer than in the US) would be more than enough to get her some kind of legal status. And, again, going by my own country, even citizenship wouldn’t be too much of an issue after a couple of years

Efectivamente. Por eso el vidrio de atrás lo podés polarizar cuanto se te venga en gana… o no tenerlo (como muchos coches/camionetas/combis que no llegan a camión)

Didn’t check when in my country (I usually check on Thursdays what got released), but it’s been heavily advertised for late August (so… now)

I’ll check it out in cinemas if I got a free ticket from my cinema subscription, but… yeah, I’ll probably watch it at home

Hace +10 años, cuando le tocó a mi curso, este post hubiera sido igual de válido (economía, peligro, drogas, precios de mierda)

Aunque la verdad, depende 100% de lo que haga cada uno. Personalmente, yo no fui porque no me caían bien mis compañeros ni me interesaban las actividades (chupar hasta que el hígado diga basta lo podía hacer en casa y me jodía y me jode el ruido excesivo y el rejunte de personas)… efectivamente gasté la guita en otra cosa que disfruté

Pero mis compañeros, por lo que sé, se la pasaron muy bien. No se murió ninguno por pelotudo (porque saltar de una ventana es selección natural), no hubo accidentados, cogieron, escabiaron épicamente y, si se drogaron (creo que sí), fueron medianamente responsables

Si es una experiencia que a uno le gusta, todo bien

Soy extremadamente torpe y siempre ando con moretones en las piernas (tengo un par de muebles que me arrepiento de comprar con bordes filosos)

Primer día: hinchazón y dolor, no necesariamente moretón (capaz que marquita roja); pasan un par de días: el moretón más negro que jamás hayas visto… pinta total de que se me va a caer la parte del cuerpo con el golpe, pero ya ni duele ni nada

Literally all the people I followed on Twitter at the time watched Doctor Who, so I got curious, found out they were showing it in a cinema near me, and went for it

Sure, I didn’t understand a bunch of it, but what I did understand was actually real fun, so…

In mine, it’s only +16, which means kids can go in with their parents. I already went twice, theatre was packed with kids, and none got traumatized like at all

Last thing we had +18 was Saw X, but that was a marketing ploy. And a bad one too (I’m cursed with a baby face, and I don’t get good costumer service if they assume I’m a minor… ever, not only at cinemas)… like, Deadpool & Wolverine was way “worse”!!

The first Deadpool got a +18 rating here, but I’m pretty sure it’s because we could see… parts of the male anatomy LOL

Also ratings here have been sucking a lot lately. +16/18 can mean something like Deadpool (which tbh is pretty family friendly) or Strays/Sausage Party/Infinity Pool (all with similar warnings, but OMG, haven’t I regretted life after watching two of those with mom!?!?!?)

La verdad fue una combinación de varias cosas que llevó a eso. Mucho tiempo que tuve el auto, viví con mis viejos, y por ahí pintaba usar el auto de alguno de ellos más que el mío (0 drama en casa, salvo que hubiera que usar alguno específico por algún tema en particular)

Y, como el mío era MUY básico, sin ABS, me llovían llaves de los otros coches si tenía que salir con lluvia

Después, me mudé, y la verdad el coche solo se usa para ir entre ciudades. O sea, estoy en CABA, en un lugar re bien conectado con el tema de transporte público… el auto que tengo ahora (y en su momento el anterior) pasa la semana en el garage y sale para cargar nafta los días que hay promo, o para algún viaje más largo

Flashié mucho con eso

Yo me di cuenta el otro día buscando un par de terror (Late Night y El último conjuro) para quemar entradas de Cine Fan que se me vencían

Sin contar que los horarios eran un espanto (eran los mismos en todos los cines). Por suerte, trabajo desde casa, entonces puedo permitirme volver a las 2am y salir de la cama literal 1 min antes del comienzo de mi horario laboral

Pero así después dicen que las de terror y/o subtituladas en general no venden. No, amigo, venderían un montón más si las pusieras a las 19:00, no 22:50 la semana del estreno!!!
