Well this is basically the propaganda we're fed since birth in the States. Holocaust bad, Jews good, israel good. Palestine? What's that?
The reality is that the US government couldn't possibly care about any of this. Israel is a client state of the military industrial complex and a useful ally in a region that pretty much hates us. That is all. Its undemocratic policies and horrific mistreatment of Palestinians literally doesn't matter to foreign policy makers here.
The US puts up with it b/c up until now Israel is the only democracy in the region.

I still love how everything about it is so over-the-top. I found an original vinyl copy in a bargain bin years ago with the original packaging. The album opens up and unfolds into an actual multi-page newspaper, complete with articles that reference the song and others that don't seem to have any connection but are obvious troll bait to get people to make connections that aren't there. It's one of the few albums that I've held onto even though I don't have a turntable anymore.
