At the end of the day......... we are talking about a JOURNALIST. Ariel isn't paying the fighters to fight. He isn't "booking" the fights. If anything he is promoting their fights for free.
That goes for ANY other journalistS.
It’s almost like it’s beneficial for BOTH parties to do these interviews
I remember watching that instead of fixing the issue they put a small window for the baggage handler to check if the door was latched properly upon closing. Unreal how they shifted enormous responsibility to the lowest paid worker. Thankfully, the courts told them to pound sand after the crash when they tried to blame the baggage team.
They have these windows on some aircraft types still to this day btw so they still have this responsibility.
He's gotta beat em off
This guys flair just tops this comment off
Just how we thought it would go bois
If you guys rip on me 13 or 14 more times, I'm outta here!
Oh that’s not your bed, that’s Jenkins’ bed, your bed is over here…
Young looks like the one eyed Targaryen from House of the Dragon
That Matt Daemon Targaryen guy is pretty friggin sweet. -Some Guy from Southie. Probably.
Wicked smaht
If he fought because he needed the paycheck that makes his actions even stupider. The UFC pay structure means you make double your money for winning the fight, and maybe as much as triple your money if you achieve bonuses after a great performance. Which means if TJ is only concerned about money he should be taking the easiest possible fight they'll give him.
There's no easy fights in the top 10 of bantamweight, but TJ would've been much better off pulling out of this fight, getting healthy, and then headlining a Fight Night card in Atlanta or something against Pedro Muhnoz in February.
Instead he decided to waste an entire fight camp, paid for sparring partners and coaches, his nutritionist, etc... All so he could take a guaranteed L and minimize his earning potential. The time and money he wasted on this fight camp should have been spent rehabbing so he could be fully fit and ready to WIN fights again as soon as possible. No matter how you slice this what TJ did was objectively stupid.
Would he be better off being on a fight night card if he got PPV points on this card?
