Flawed. Ret is the only dps spec available to a paladin. BM hunters, subtlety rogues and arms warriors can always switch spec and, boom, middle of the pack or top tier.

Lieutenant, IIRC, refers to the person who is charged with the keeping of the platoon/squad/whatever. Or more appropriately, with the tenance of the unit. They are in lieu of the tenance, lieutenant. Or translated into english, they are left with the tenance: lefttenant. Hence why it's pronounced lefttenant, which is, in my opinion, the more correct way of saying it (coming from a non-native speaker).
