Derek Carr with a top 10 defense/offensive line is a deep playoff run waiting to happen. Idc if he’s throwing to practice squad level players, if you give him a defense that doesn’t give up 25+ points a game and a line that doesn’t fold like thin paper in a Chinese art classroom you’re gonna have a good shot at a ring.
It’s a shame we wasted his career.

Read that quote again. JMD very clearly believes in his plays more than in his players. I bet you they wouldn’t drop the ball in those moments if they had Rich Bisaccia talking to them and hyping them up on the sideline.
I was against hiring Bisaccia but damn he was the definition of a Raiders HC. We had something special and changed the formula.
Rich gets to much credit. That season was the players rallying behind and trusting DC. Rich would be a HC somewhere if anyone with a brain believed he was the reason we made the playoffs.
Should’ve just kept Rich. Keep the playbook simple and let the playmakers make plays.
