Even if he works out for them, it was still the right move to pass on him. The environment for success on the Eagles is miles beyond what the Bears could offer him. They have veteran d-line leadership who can help mentor him, along with some of his former teammates who will make the adjustment process much easier.

3% is the max fee an agent can take. For larger contracts that number is usually around to 1-2%. And then you have to question how much he’s missing out on with endorsements.
