I think the issue is this….if you see a girl you like and you ask her out…then a decent dinner and flowers show you like her and are serious.

Tropical rain systems have different “feel” to them. The wind, the clouds, the rain. It’s very distinct from other types of storms. I live in Georgia, from Savannah. Pop up summer thunderstorms, stormfronts….not the same as a tropical storm. They feel different.
