I am 43, was 31 when they won their first WS and will be 56 and hopefully mortgage free when that contract ends
I'll be mortgage free around the same time! Mostly because I'll be homeless but who's really paying attention to me anyway
At the risk of getting too serious in a baseball thread, I care mate. The state of housing is fucked and I doubt my kids will ever be able to afford to but a place, something everyone should have the ability to do.
Just came across this on Reddit this morning. Must be a theme today https://survivingtomorrow.org/jp-morgan-announces-it-will-spend-1-billion-to-devour-homes-and-rent-trap-people-forever-4a16a677429c
The biggest mistake I ever made was selling my house in 2017 when I divorced. I will never be able to afford another one. I now pay 20% more than my old mortgage for a 400 Sq ft box without a dishwasher.
My original comment was a joke but not really. I don't have much hope.
Congrats on Correa. For some reason people don't seem to like him but I always have. Cheers 🍻
Go Stros
9 times out of 10 starting over ends up worse. We have a corruption problem. It can be addressed if people start participating more. I think. But every government has its darkness. We have let the rich and elites run roughshod over justice and the justice system is in need of a top down cleanout. That and lobbying needs to be stopped. This governemnt is for sale.
"We" have not let anyone do anything. This country was founded on this bullshit.
About a month ago, trials report posted an image showing arc titan making up 22% of all subclass usage in trials. While hunters still technically made up 10% more of the class population act titan was the most popular subclass. Also if you watch top streamers matches in comp, most teams are running triple arc titan or 2 titans and 1 other. Anecdotally the majority of my games in comp have had usually 2 arc titans in them as well and I'm a slightly above average player in gold 3 at the moment (where I placed).
Let's see proof
Cause they jelly.
Just keep on punching (from the other room).
They can't run because I'm faster.
They can't hide because it's rainy with a chance of thunderstorms.
They can hit me because I'm behind a barricade. 😎
This comment is so ridiculous I just threw up
Didn’t know Eminem played destiny
legend
especially with the trespasser dlc. great story and for the most part great characters, although it had 1 or 2 big maps too much for my liking as felt it bit stretched without that much meaningful content in the end.
Should I finally play it? I bought it on release and literally never touched it. I guess that question is redundant given what you guys are saying but idk, reaffirmation I guess.
Of course not, but if paid professionals were 100% successful at marketing films then every film would be a smash and there would be no examples of bad or unsuccessful marketing.
A film poster that has the title of the film barely visible is a bold decision. it could work wonders or if could fail, and its fun to guess which will happen.
My apologies for the tone and content of what I said.
Apology accepted, have a lovely day
You as well, cheers 🍻

There are no RT reflections in the console version of W3. What we have is raytraced global illumination - basically the sun (and other light sources) sends out real rays which bounce off of surfaces and give everything a more coherent (and sometimes more realistic) look.
The sky is a pretty picture stretched around the world and it will look the same no matter the mode.
"Real rays?" Tell me you don't know what you're talking about without saying it explicitly.
What does "real rays" mean? Is it an electromagnetic wave? Is it per individual photon? An approximatation? Which laws of physics does it obey? It cant be both a particle AND a wave. Or can it? Please elaborate.
I'm trying to be helpful and you try to be an ass. Good job.
Global Lighting in video games works either by pre-calculated raytracing aka baked lighting or approximated via probes all around in the gameworld - I was specifically referring to the probe-based system and why ray tracing uses "real rays" - could I have been more clear? yes. Is this a dissertation? No!
Raytracing, hence the name, shoots out rays from sources of light and lets them bounce around the scene, takes materials into account (physically based materials) and approximates how those materials would scatter light etc.Videogames only work with approximation as real time simulation of anything is hard to do in real time.
You still didn't answer my question, good job. What is a ray that's being shot out? Define that mister. Otherwise anyone could replicate your answer after a brief scan of the Wikipedia article. Shooting out "rays" means literally nothing

I don't understand how things like this keep getting into the live client.
Not understanding how the real world works must be troubling
