I could see one starting out with mostly research and gradually increasing their clinical responsibilities while cutting back on research.

Going the other way might be tougher because of difficulties getting funded after being away from the lab for so long.

Isn't impeachment covered in Articles I and II? As far as I can tell, the process in 25th Amendment is separate.

I assume C2C12 myoblasts can be used as a model system for muscular dystrophies by introducing specific mutations and seeing their effects on myotube formation and other phenotypes.
