If you expect sasktel to know how to setup other routers then you are opening up security issues. You are relying on complete strangers to set this up. Say something does happen, you call sasktel and say your tech hacked my camera and is watching my teenage daughter. Sasktel says they can't see the camera on their end but you tell them about the router that is connected to the camera. A smart tech can erase the logs while I am sure sasktel keeps the logs on their end of who is doing what.
